I took the S1 train for about 40 minutes and then got off at the station called Oberschleisheim and walked for about 10 minutes, revealing its grandeur. There was a lake between the old and new palaces, so it was very nice. I finally arrived at Schleissheim Palace. It is said to have been used as the summer palace of the Wittels Bahu royal family.
The old palace was small, but the new palace boasted a considerable size. And the surrounding parks, lakes, and bushes were so beautiful that classical music and art seemed to flow from themselves. As I walked between the lake and the bushes as if taking a walk, I fell into the illusion that I was in a palace where classical music was played in the past.
It was a landscape that showed why classical music developed in Germany, and it was a place where such a classical atmosphere touched my heart. The outside of the palace is so beautiful, but I was curious to see how the inside of the palace was decorated, so I paid the entrance fee and went inside.
It was filled with many elaborate and beautiful works of art. The overall atmosphere evoked the feeling of the Palace of Versailles in France. Come to think of it, the exterior of the palace was similar to that of the Palace of Versailles. The face of local people walking or jogging was impressive. They enjoyed the promenade of this wonderful palace like their own garden. Both inside and outside of the palace were a work of art itself. I felt like I was floating on a cloud while I was walking through this palace.
