The final bastion of democracy will be judicial body. And therefore, the the function gof the judicial body will become more important even in the digital era. 

It has been known that the judicicial process will be duly executed in a due process. However, any body needs some balance and check to in order to control over any possiblity of abuse or misuse of judicial power.

In many countries, there are many social infrastructure, in America, the journal and media have played a great role of monitoring the exercise of judicial power and in addition to them, the clear disclosure system of any judgements will also contribute the balance and check for the judicial power. 

On the other hand, Germany has a constitution court which wil have a right to review any unconstitutionality issues in the judicial process. And this power has played a great role to control over the eercise of judicial power.

How abot Korea? Unfortunately, it appears that its related social infrastructure is nor developed well. 

First, the function of media appears to be insufficient in terms of monitoring and checking the exercise of judicial power. Further, the disclosure of judgments are s=not sufficient and it should be reformed. 

Further, the Korea has a constitutional court, but they do not have a power to review unconstitutuionality issues in the judicial process at all. It also should be reformed.
