As for we have a some prejudice for the passive income which was deemed as income without efforts. Now, we eliminate such prejudice for a passive income, and further should recognize the importance of such passive income.

As one gets older, it is inevitable to face the limitation of mental and physical capacities. Therefore, in the past we put a high weight on the oucome which come from our own efforts based on the labour, etc. However, such concept will be not creative and competitive. Any income which come from beyond the limitations of the physical or mental capacities will be more desirable. 

In this context, we should put more priority over the passive income than our owned labor-based incom. We need to fully understand the meaning and the importance of the characteristics of a passive income which will be generated even if we sleep.

Further, as digital era comes, the digitalization and transition toward a passive income will be a key challenge.
