Review of the book " The Future of Everything"

 

Today I would like to talk about "the Future of Everything" which was written by professor Mauro Guillen.

it's a little difficult to pronounce his name. Professor Guillen  is a professor at the wharton school of university of pennsylvania. He provided us with  various informations .

He analyzed  the impact on the future in terms of people and the technology and he divided  it into 8 parts.

Firstly and secondly,  it is about the birth rate and the aged people. the third one is a newly incoming the middle class.  And the fourth one is woman  power. The fifth is lthe development of city. 

The sixth is AI &  the technology.  The sixth is a shared economy. The seventh is a shared community. The eighth is a digital token.

First of all,  the the birth rate on the global i is becoming less and less.

but comparatively the in Africa in South Asia such as india,

their birth rate is comparatively is more than average.  And therefore  he told us that we should pay an attention to the potential power of those countries such as India, China and Africa and I think it will have a very important impact.

Now , our business should be

more focused on the such countries because in terms in terms of their potential power in the future. The second one is  he's emphasized the power of the aged person, and this is quite interesting in the expressions. He told us " gray is the new black gray." it means  the age is going up, then people's hair will turn into the gray color, and for the young people

their hair color is is black, and therefore " gray is the new black" which means lthe aged person can be the young people, which means the aged  people will play a great role in the market,

not only as consumers but also as service provider.  That is quite a creative

 opinion. And then the new newly coming the middle class such as youtuber,  etc. In this part, I have some difficult in understanding it.And the fourth,  this is "the second sex no more." This means the female will be more powerful than male.  Historically 

man is much richer than the woman,  but in future the trend will be changed. I guess the woman is more oriented to the digital era . It is quite interesting.  We should pay a attention to this point. And, the cities will be well developed in the future because i think in the real world

cities are more convenient for the development in in terms of

online environment and the transportation.   Even if you may think about just moving out into the rural area,  but still you should have some kind of base camp in the

city.  Nowadays in Korea  for the apartment in Seoul, the price is going up very rapidly, and so  everybody's concerned about it.  But in my personal opinion,  the price of the apartment in Seoul is not comparatively so high,  compared with the apartment in Mew York and Hong Kong and Taipei. as for  the about 3.3 square meters

New York is 

1 billion Korean Won, Hong Kong is &00 Million Korean Won, Taipei is 

300 million Korean Won. But in korea, it is  less than 100 million Korean Won.  And therefore i think there is a possibility that in the special in the highly populated part of the Seoul such as highly popular

apartments in Seoul the price will be going up.

but this is my personal opinion,  so maybe many people will criticize my opinions but it's  just in the line with the potential development of the city.  In future i think for the luxurious and very convenient apartment,  everybody prefers such kind of apartment. And also quite interesting is AI.  Everybody's concerned about the replacement of a human being by the AI but in part it is true,  but he just emphasized the incorporation of the AI in the human being's daily life and the business activities as well.  I fully agree with him.  We should

know how to utilize AI in our private personal life and the business activities.  For example for personal life as my  age is going up,  I will need someone who support myself. In that regard,  AI and Robot will help myself

in terms of daily care. Maybe( it will be) having some kind of conversation with me and also simply cleaning up the rooms, etc. And also business activities as well.

We don't have to hire many human beings employees,  instead maybe we utilize AI, 

We can

reduce the costs in the operation of the our business and the remote work  is very important.  And another one is shared economy,  he just said like a projection and it means everything should be shared, and  it will reduce the the costs in terms of operation of such kind of

facilities,  and we should we should be used to this kind of shared economy that is inevitable.  It is a trend.

Otherwise maybe we just  behind the mainstream in the future. And the last one is he just mentioned about the digital tokens.  He said the government is not friendly to the so-called a digital currency,  and therefore currently bitcoin and the other digital currency cannot be of the national digital currency or the currency of all of the worldwide currency.  But he just admitted that it can be a digital token which will facilitate to conduct transaction in the economies.  And I think we should look at the bitcoin or other digital currency in that perspective. And therefore also we should pay some attention to the digital currency as digital tokens which facilitate to conduct transaction in the economy.

I briefly read his book and just I got some the idea , and also 

his analyzing  the current phenomena is impressive, and also  I think this (book) is very good, which we should very closely read.  For me , I usually get the information from the Youtube, but unfortunately in Youtube there are not many information about this book.  Maybe there are some discussion. Maybe one of the videos is a chinese professor who had an interview with him, and one of American had some interview to him. But other than these, I had some difficulties to find out the useful information. and it is quietly interesting because the number of viewers is not so high(as I expected). 

In korea this book is very popular and many korean youtubers mention about this book. However, on a worldwide basis I have some difficulties finding out  good contents or information about this book, including  dialogue or motivate about this book. And therefore I just try to explain about the books very briefly in English and I would like to get some  information and I would like to chance to share with

any  people in any countries and please give me some email or some kind of or some
